Not all get tickets but the fact they have been spoken to gives them a rattle-up.

Had one such call from a truckie said he got to the end of the passing lane leading into a blind bend THEN the 4x4 (sorry Motu) with trailer pulled out and passed his truck'n'trailer load of wheat.

Driver of 4X4 said to me "well he put his foot down just when I started to pass him" WTF 40 tons of wheat AND already off the passing lane and he says that???
There was another witness who knew neither party so I tended to believe the truckie.
But did you book the sucker?

Picking on cars on a long straight North of Taupo and one red van with the dark windows along the plains south east of Taupo. Click click.
Did you use the escort in the car? Was a busy weekend for central cops as it was ohakune mardi gras. Radar picked up 4 cops between Waioru and Ohakune on fri evening.

Of course. Could not drive with out it now. Just gives me a piece of mind and it is good to see what they actually drive.

Might be a shorter thread if you ask who doesn't. Who wants to donate extra taxes to the gubbermint?

I'm even considering it on my 250...

I would think more do than not. Would be hard to keep your licence with out one. My 96 Gixxer is getting older now but as I told Mr Plod last time I got a ticket " what? am I suppose to stay in first gear?"

When a bike will do 125 in first and it is a six speed box I think you are going to go a tad fast from time to time. I wish I had purchased mine a few years earlier.
