Oh for sure, but not being able to press hard enough isn't going to be a problem.
I like the feel I get in barefeet.
Ironically, I wouldn't do it on a race track though....would just feel wrong?
yeah get fucked, you wish you were cool enough to be able to pull of an mx5.
Ohhh Id say your point has been taken and possably have made a change, if one has not 'thought' about it after all these posts then well hey thers no helping some.
Not that I could see, a different line would have made no differance, the road was clear and clean right across, speed was down as it was, unsure of gear but I generally use the revs up and down, was no braking point as I was... ummm, well may have been lightly on them, the something done differently was to stay at home, hey ya could be well right we will never know tho, but if theres something I could have changed was slightly over inflated 5yr old tyres on a ralativly cold day.

A mate canned off just past hilltop. His bike is now featuring in the Star TradeMe damaged bike listings. He blames the road surface.
To his credit, he also accepts that he could have done better.
That's the biggest step to preventing a recurrence, accepting at least some responsibility.
From what I've read of your bin, the tyres sound like it. Or your lean angle was too great.
Whatever, on the up side, you were able to post about it shortly after it, so all good. Still just the KB amount of brain damage.![]()
Good spotting, was actually a 430. I had plans to uprate it to 455 but someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse before I got around to it.
Nice wagon fr summer, was a "custom", which theroetically meant you could have whatever Mr Buick had on the parts shelf that year.
Lurking down ChCh last I heard.
Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon

pfft probably only weighs 1300kg too.
Now my gas guzzling 3.3l straight 6 powered "road safe" (would never even come close to modern safety standards) 2 tonne beast, she also runs 4 wheel drum brakes. But should she need to brake in under 2 cities she can also utilise VAB or Vehicle Assisted Braking![]()

331 powered 61 fairlane tank.......brakes? I remember using lamp posts to stop them, normally took 3, a 58 Bell Air could do it in 2 lamp posts.
as for the 58 Plymouth and dodges, both feet and push like fuck!
Most fun was in a 58 Holden, with a 3.3 velox motor fitted, went like stink, took a farm fence at the end of tram road to finally make it stop. Brakes? you the old drum brakes were great it you drove at 30mph.
To be old and wise, first you must be young and stupid.
How do I post a YouTube video on here so it appears in the post, not just as a link?
I finally have the vid of the rider I caught way back when, with the rider blurred out.
Nothing exciting though.
