Indeed,Another ride possibly, last time i tucked in behind you (up the lakes yonks ago) was after watching you leave the Waitaki dam carpark on one wheel and thought "heres a go" only to find though you were doing a good rate of knots any more speed was impossible due to the "safety cylinders" proximity to the ground, distinctly remember the old (very very old)TLS having a moment,i told it to shuddup and reminded it the Guzzi has Ohlins forks and it should show some respect.

Yep, remember it well - I suspect it wasn't the only time that weekend that bike was on one wheel...

I had to goose the T-Sport when D. was 100 metres behind be so it didn't look TOO bad as he caught up with me...

Yeah Mike, a cherry-purple would have been a better choice of colour for that particular weekend...

Going back a bit, jeez time flys eh.Was up that way the other day on the TLS,sitting in the Otematata pub with a couple of mates and we got talking bikes (as you do) and i told em about "the chick on a Buell",laughed my head off when my mate, good bugger but has women issues shook his head and said "fuck that " i looked at him and "what" he says "the fucking world revolves around anything with a cunt, they used to spend all day in the kitchen these days they can cook/washup/lux make the bed after a shag and still go for a ride in the afternoon"then said "that poor bastard has to spend all afternoon worried about his one going past him on a motorcycle"Sorry about the language R but its better related pretty much as it was.

ya right... and ya must of missed earler posts... I believe it was a 5yr old sport tyre with 3800km on it on a cold day that was slightly over inflated that caused me to land on my arse.
riding technique... aceptable, a Tuono is hard to get wrong
road condition... cold but clean and in good nick
problem with the bike... na it was near new
    explosive blow out... na

fat chance of that ever happening! On the road at least...
Though i did actually do it once... At the track, on the bucket, battle of the buckets, with a very very tiny Victorious on board ( i was later to find out)
