Seem to be rare these days. The last one I bought in Perth, was about 5 years ago. Haven't noticed them since.

Good Italian Helmet. Suggest you try before you buy to see if they fit your shape head.

I tried one of the new models @ motomail in Aucks a few months back, light and comfortable, they'll definitely be on the list when it's time for a new one

I know that freedom in palmy are stocking them. Really really nice helmets, the carbon fibre especially but again I would recommend trying them on to see how they fit your head. If i could justify replacing mine then I would but sadly I can't

eMoto had them: in St Asaph Street.

Good looking bits of kit, too: I was a huge Bell helmets fan in the day. Kenny Roberts used them, so did Eddie Lawson.....

they've even brought back the R/T... thought about getting one for scooter duties.

If their store is closed (Not sure) you could ring Peter Doak and ask him if you can try one on somewhere: he did have a unit out by Duanes in Waterloo Road, or he might have another warehouse somewhere.

Very nice helmets. I have read that Bell want to be on the top again after disappearing from the motorcycle helmet market for decades. When I was starting motorcycling Bell were the helmet to aspire to.

Performance cycle wholesale(a division of amps) are the importers I have the bell 500 open face it is very comfortable and surprisingly very quiet and I wouldn't mind trying one of the carbon full faces.

Still got my Star 120 and MotoStar III - too old to use but i can't bring myself to throw them away.

What do other people do with old helmets?

garage ornaments. I did actually cull them all when we shifted into this house. I regret that now

I managed to mistakenly run over my Bell Star III a couple of years ago: thankfully I wasnt wearing it at the time.
