My first late model 1000cc bike ride

Have to agree with most of you here... Having gone from my TL to Loosebruces K3 and then back to the TL the TL felt pretty lame and nana'ish. Being the first I4 1000 I had ridden I was quite suprised by just how much torqye it did have. Had expected it to have a lot less from the way everyone goes on about v-twins being the shit for wheelies and all that. But found the K3 was jsut way better at everything... hence i am going to e buying I4 1000 very shortly. Although i'll always be found of the TL's, they really are not in the same field as a new I4 1000 in my opinion.

Looks like all the data is out there and indeed the later model I4's do beat the V2s in the torque stakes. Fair enough.

That said, I still prefer the way the V2 puts its torque and power down, and as long as they're being built it'll probably be my road bike of choice. And at the end of the day that's all that counts for you and your steed.

YUP HAD A DECENT RIDE ON SOME TWINS AND I THOUGHT THE VTR1000 HAD RATSHIT FUEL CONSUMPTION
