I gotta letter from the ltsa, aparently my old KR250 is banned? It's an old 86 model so not exactly really fast. Only has 45 horsepower. They seem to be a bit confused, as it is not as fast as the later fast ones.
RG250's and NS250's are still OK, and they are the equivalent to the KR.
I'm not bothered as I have my full licence, but I just thought it was strange.

They're confused with the KR-1. Provide models numbers and specs. Quoted HP for the KR-1 is 55 and 60 for KR-1S. 45 will be outside their area of expertise.

Bike model codes/names are a total balls-up in many cases anyway. I'm surprised they even got a letter to you.
(My bike is both a Z750S and a ZR750-k1, but it often gets described by people as a ZR750S (I see one on TardMe now) and it was bloody hard to get the Insurance company to record it properly.)
