    A learner gets a bike and wants to go faaaaast! Can't stop that - but that is the reason why we have the 250 and learner licence rule.....and all the talk on here is wanting learner car drivers limited in horespower.

    Arrow Everything sadly is more expensive now.

    But more to the point, why would you want a 250cc bike when you have a perfectly good 400cc bike?
