I said 800, (oh dear poor Shrek has obviously gotten swamp mud in his eyes). The 800 has so many advantages over the 650 (imho) and feels half the weight of the 1200's. And note I did not suggest the rattly multistrada, I am sure TIMG wants a bike that can actually go off road.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.
