When they backed down they had the nerve to mention in the letter that I needed to go to greater effort to ensure the visibility of my wof sticker, short of a neon sign pointing to it, I'm fairly sure it's as good as it gets!
Thats because the sort of people who take these jobs are utter fuckwits who dont have an ounce of practical brain cells.

I wouldn't exactly use your words but I would agree that parking wardens are not the smartest people in town. Years back I worked for the City Council while at Uni and had the "chance" to deal with them. I came to conclude they are people who would struggle to find better jobs (or probably any other job). They are not very bright and since they have monthly quotas, they thrive to meet and exceed them sometimes through stupid things. I was even surprised to see them ticketing each other. There is no love in that business. LoL. I hope things have changed now...................

Give them some credit ... they can read and write (of sorts)

But that is as close as they will ever get ... to passing the police recruitment process ...

    Thumbs up Vtnz

Verdict: VTNZ is indeed the best place to go for a no-thrills WOF (thanks for the advices folks). I had a smooth run through their friendly process and the guy managed to find that my rear tire was fitted the wrong way (left side on the right and right is on the left). I couldn't believe my eyes. I was riding it that way for months and the bike went through service and the previous WOF unnoticed . I did notice the tire was a bit skiddy despite good threads but I thought it must be a Ninja "feature" I got it fixed at the mechanics and all was good to go after that.
