    Finally got my Hornet!

It's been an odd journey getting here too! When I went to sell the 400, I decided I wanted an IL4 screamer before getting my full. Winding a bike out and the bike thanking you for it, but without losing your license in first always appealed to me. Unfortunately, when I was looking, there was fuckall hornets for sale, and they were all mankey and super overpriced. After a month I gave up and bought a tidy ZZR 250.

Last weekend while idly browsing Tardme at work as you do, I spotted a really tidy 250 hornet for cheap. Bloke had just crashed his r6 (ouch) and so was desperate for cash to fix it. I went to take a look just for the hell of it because it was so cheap. He offered to let me have a quick ride on it.

I fell in love instantly. It's an awesome fucking little bike. HAD to have one now! Unfortunately, before I could get home and give him a call saying I'd take it, some other bugger showed up with cash and bought it! DRATS!

After a week of searching, and a great tip off from NZspokes (Thanks mate!) I'm now the proud owner of a little silver 250 Hornet. She's the old bike of another KB member, and she's in FANTASTIC condition. I'm absolutely over the moon in love with it now.

I can't imagine a better bike in the 250 segment at all.

*Apologies for the crazy ass pics. No idea why they inverted that way ^_^
