    Newbie with a CBR954RR

HAHA,.. just kidding,.. I do own a CBR954RR, but I'm not new to riding lol. I am new to NZ though. Been here since May 2011 and just bought my first bike in NZ.

Looking forward to hopefully making a few friends on here, going for a few rides and starting to finally begin my life as I want it in NZ, riding through the stunning countryside!

Chat to you all soon I hope,

    Shaun

    hehe

yea, I'd love a second set of fairing actually, they are avail on ebay (cheap hong kong stuff) but none of them are in this color scheme, or need to be painted.

I'm also hunting for someway to get replica (or orig) decals, so maybe I could get a set of unpainted copy fairings off ebay and paint them and put the decals on so it looks original and put the cheaper ones on the bike so I can keep the original honda fairings in the shed nice and safe still the orig paint from 1997 - and shes a daily commuter/tourer and weekend thrash toy

have ya thought about getting it plastic welded/sanded smooth and repainted? its affordable - friend has a yellow one and did that, the front fairings probably the easiest to repair as it only has those 2 decals comin up from the headlight. he still hasnt found replacement decals tho which is a shame.. but its not too noticeable. would be much more noticeable if u lost the decals off the sidefairings and tail.
