    So in France it's "BYO time on a bike. Wonder if they have an uncorking charge.

    Interesting that for over 0.8 you get a 3 year ban in France, but 6 months in NZ.

    Yeah but I take it that that's an "up to" not a compulsory penalty. Also its interesting that while they have a lower (0.5) limit, breaching it is not a disqualification/criminal offense. I'd be far more inclined to support such a limit in NZ on that basis.
