Can anyone tell me the difference between the two of these bikes? I have read the Honda did a signficant redesign in 1996, has there been another since then for the 2000 models. Also what is the approximate value for each of these in current times.

They have changed little between 96-04 besides plastics and graffix , usual updates to forks and shock internals can be expected. There were two models available in NZ a road version with an ADR plate and usual road kit mirrors, indicators, horn, big taillight speedo etc and an off road/enduro model you can't rego . A rego compliant model will have more resale value then a off road only model.
Price between 2.5g-5g it all depends on the bikes condition, add 500-1g if regoed.
