    CBX 250 -looking for parts

Hello: the long story is I bought an 87 Honda CBX250 thinking it would be a great bike for my daughter who is not exceptionally tall (5'3") Unfortunately I didnt do my homework and found out after-the-fact that this bike, although seemingly well suited for her, was extremely rare - in Canada where i live. I understand that they are not as rare in NZ, Australia and/or UK.
I found the KiwiBiker in my search and was hoping someone might have a contact for finding parts : mirrors, rear sprocket, tires, some rubber pieces. I had it running and now just need to get it road ready. Any help, links or parts for sale adverts welcome. I am presuming that the profile information is available to you to respond.

    CBX- GB tappet spacing

Im going to piggy back onto this thread with my question, I have seen over the years a few discussions floating on this site about Honda GB's, I have a GB 250 in Thailand and have been in pain for years trying to get parts and mechanics who wont destroy the bike. I know my valves need adjusting but cannot take it to a mechanic here to get it done, been trying to find the correct tappet spacing specs but as usual with the GB getting info is worse then pulling teeth. Anyone out there know the spacing specs, I think the CBX mentioned in the original is running the same engine, so specs for that are good to. Thanks all.

I also have a CBX250RS, and if there is any chance of getting a copy of your workshop manual and a few of the places where you find parts that would be fantastic. I'm sure most people who have had anything to do with these bikes know how much of a pain in the arse the manual is to get.

    Cheers
