How often do you ride/how many km on your ride?

So how long do bikes last? (sure how long is a piece of string) But really how many ks would you expect a bike to go for?
How many ks have you got clocked up so far? Would you sell your bike before the ks get too high?

bikes last as long as you have enough duct tape to keep them together.

i would expect 200 thou KM in a bike. (includes a couple of rebuilds)

got ~6-8 thou km on my bike since june july ish.

i don't buy things with the intention of selling them.

Adding the milage on my two Bandits it's more than 96,000ks in six years (and whatever I did on the BMW before I sold it to buy the 1250 ... which I've only had four years .. so say 110,000ks in six years) ... say an average of about 18,000ks a year ...

I'd expect a bike to run until it packs up too badly to be worth fixing ..
