Talking YEHAAA he has to pay. Well done cops

Finally the asshole who pulled out on me has to pay up and I won't have to take him to court as the cops have sorted it out and fined the bugger. Now just to wait for my money

    New bike here I come

Na but im prety sure his insurance company will write it off. It will cost more than the bikes worth for a shop to fix it. Well so the shops say and the quotes anyway. May try and buy it back yet depending on what they will want for it. But need me a bike in the meentime anyway so time to start looking.

I really like it. Theyve got good reviews and are pretty inexpensive. Nice and big too. Of course I bought it having not ridden it (or any other bike) and have havent ridden anything else since so its pretty hard to know. Others (mechanic etc) really like it. The twin makes it easy to ride if you suck at judging cornering speeds etc .

I don't want to rain on your parade, but you don't get the fine. You, or your insurance co, will have to get the dosh off him.

being fined means he is in the wrong. so the poorbastard doesnt have to battle out who was wrong with insurance companies.
