See a mate recently bought a new toy, a Can-Am 800cc renegade.
fark was I wrong, talk about under estimate it. These things are rapid and now I hear they have a 1000cc one... fark meeeeee is all they heard as I turned up the volume control.

I have a mate with a 1000cc Can-Am. I agree with you that they go surprisingly well. Once a rider is used to them they accelerate & corner very well indeed. They also handle soft sand (as on a beach) and gravel roads rather better than I do on two wheels! Definitely not an embarassment to go touring with!
