Well there was that embarrassing incident when I was showing off my new bike and called in to my mate's workshop, stopped, blipped the throttle to hear the echo of the V-twin, switched off and went to step off it.... there was this small matter of forgetting to put the stand down...

Thanks for all the great advice and replys. As stated before i am on holiday until the 7th ill Pm the people who said they were keen for a ride, i will also try get to a Nass ride on wednesday and take a lesson.
