    Did you ever see that thing about the University of Texas students who managed to hijack a civilian-type UAV and almost forced it to crash using a GPS device they built for about $1,000?

    I'd imagine that military drones are a completely different story, but it seems like current generation civvie UAVs are actually really easy to hijack/jam.

    First I've heard, but that sounds pretty damn awesome. Might as well hijack one of the UAVs and crash it into a mosque. That will teach them cheeky terrorists.

    It's planely obvious there's an attempt to foil offenders via lofty means. Let's hope it doesn't drone on and on however.
