has some interesting points though - many corners on the roads round here are known/identified by the local 5-0 by the names of people that have died on them. i can think of 1/2 dozen at least.
curletts cutting - used to be north of huntly till the expressway went in - you can see the old road with a barrier across it just as you enter the expressway from the south, and ironically the coroner's house overlooks the corner - took 19 lives in a month one year, and was known as Killers Cutting for many years.
