    Buell Blast

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on one of these? My fiance wants to get her licence and doesnt necessarily want to buy a VL250 or Virago type. She quite likes the LS650 but also keen on the Blast.....

I know there was one for sale in Nelson but that has been sold already....... any help would be appreciated from the KB universe.....
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead
Do not walk ahead as I may not follow.
Do not walk beside me as the path is narrow
In fact FU*K off and leave me alone

The last time I checked the Blast was not on the LAMS list so you would need to apply for its inclusion. I know of one for sale you may be interested in, check your PMs.

It would be a labour of love. Basically it is a one cyl harley 1203 motor in a lightweight, nothing special frame. If you HAVE to have an american bike to learn on, this is it, so long as they grant it LAMS status. The Buell forum guys don,t say bad things about them, but it would be a very hard bike to sell I bet. Parts would be easy to get, but really, this is an enthusiast machine. They are apparently nice and easy to ride as a plus tho.

Get her a Honda Bros 400 and pop a 650 lump in it.
Then she can have a bike that goes okay, actually makes a good noise and isn't complete puss.

Good luck finding a Blast though!
