XR200 manual

So i've decided to take a small break from rebuilding street bikes as projects and found myself wondering into the Murky depths of the XR200's

I will probably be putting new top ends on them and with a few extra bits and pieces I should be able to make 2 proper bikes and 1 truly rat bike with the below bits

Unfortunately I am in need of a manual and aside from signing up to every virus infested site on the internet would some perhaps have a linky to the file or torrent??
