    Fellow postie bike owners

I have proudly owned a Ex NZ Post CT110 for the last couple of years now. Have had a few treks on it, Akl to Cape Reinga, down Te Paki stream, Ninety Mile beach, then home through Dargaville. I also trailered it to Whitianga and ripped around from there, 309 Rd to Coromandel, down to Tapu then Tapu to Coroglen. Also did Port Jackson, then back down and over to Port Charles, Stoney Bay. I did the Kumeu firestation poker run on it late last year and was the only postie bike there. I made sure that I was at the front as we left every station so that I was not too late in to the next. Was quite a dag really, all those Harley`s giving the thumbs up. I also got in the xmas spirit much to the delight of my teenage kids and chucked on a Santa suit to spread the joy. Tripped around west Auckland for 1.5 hrs and had all these people that I did not know tooting, waving, smiling. Bit of a laugh and will do the same this year. I have spent alot of open rd hrs on it, clocked up 4500ks and enjoyed every moment. There is just something about riding at 90% of the bikes capability all the time.

Now the real reason for posting this, I am wanting to share the joy of these bikes and the adventure they bring. I am asking anyone that may have one and wants to do a few treks about the place, to get in touch. Can be a few hrs, day trips or overnighters. I have a couple of trips in mind for this year, Akl to New Plymouth via Whangaa Coast, back rd to Awakino etc and the other is to trailer it to Ohope and the do the East Cape. Both would be overnighters. I reside in Massey - West Gate area. You can email me on drevell@dartcorp.co.nz

I will keep you posted on my next adventures.

    Cheers, Revs.

Big ups to you! Excellent fun to be chortling along on the small bikes, my A100 has seen a few adventures (until it popped a piston going to the Cape! Still must get around to fixing it up properly!)
