Better idea, how about reserving the public gallery for a couple of hundred bike riding friends of yours, all of whom can put eyes on the prick/s. Let the law do it's thing but make bloody sure we all know their name, where they live and what they drive/ride.
I'd be willing and able to come sit in a court room for a day.
