Sounds like a bit of fun anyway.

The ride would take about three and a half hours (?) so no different than riding one afternoon as you do now. Stop and rest more often.
Ride it until the wheels fall off...

Might feel a little cramped over that distance is all.
But as The Baron said...sounds like fun.

It can get bloody windy going through the Mt Bruce area at times so watch out for cross-winds. Don't let that put you off though, it's all good experience.

I can account for this, I'm just up the road.
    But it's been okay recently

Go for it on the FXR. Will be a laugh and if you already ride two up, I don't see the problem

Yeah .. you will struggle over the Rimutakas on a 150 two-up ... I'd go through the Gorge, take the back road to Levin ... But if you do go Wairarapa Rimutakas just be aware you wil struggle over the Rimutakas.

If you choose the Gorge-Levin route you wil have a good time ..

You can account for the wind? What, have you been a little flatulent recently?
