Not wanting to blow my own trumpet, but I did more or less all of those tricks in a display I put on at Hampton downs a couple of years back.
It was a much more fluid display than that one shown. It was called "Controlled Reaction Assisted Stunting Hilarity", but that turned out to be too much of a mouthful so we just used the acronym.
Some of you may have seen it.

Wow...not bad at all. I used to be able to do about 60-70% of that stuff on a BMX in my late teens...but on a motorbike...well that takes it all to a whole new level!. Impressed.
