I am drifting towards to the "not going to make it column".
But if the Austrian couriers rush my bike bits over here then I might be a last minute starter.
Will be tenting so no sweat with the accommodation.

Maybe I should get organised for this... anybody got a spare bunk before I call the camps? Got a tent if the cabins are full.

    Cheers

Dawns not coming so it looks like I will have a spare bunk bed in my room. I think Colin wants one bunk so the other will be free.
    PS; no snoring. Farting ok

That is the funniest thing I've heard all day.
The bunk rooms smell like an offal pit in the midday sun on these rides.
    As for snoring................

Now when did I hear that last

Good stuff. Looking at the forecast I think I might even swap on some less knobby rubber Although I need to knuckle down & finish building pannier racks v2.0 first. It hasn't been good welding weather of late.

    Cheers

What tyres does it have on ?
A good rider on a GS with knobbies will get around in the dry but with road tyres

    Talking a few things ......

What time will you orrible naki lot be travelling through Stratford.

Was thinking of meeting up with you at the Z service station, as we are staying both nights at Stratford.

Tyres ...... I have decided to run with the 2/3rds worn knobbly i have on the back at the moment since Colin promised it is going to be dry.

Phil, its a shame that Dawn is not coming as Faye was looking forward to having a wine with her on Saturday night.

Ps..... I will bring a new tyre down with me just in case i need to change it on the saturday night, Colin has been known to tell porkies before
Here for a good time, not necessarily a long time

I've got the XR in it's dry weather settings based on Colin's advice..... course the wet weather settings consist of an unwashed air filter

Figured worn tyres will make it (even)more interesting in the dry

p.s. Colin a new handicap system does apply so you'll need to strap a case of that excellent Sentry Hills port to the WR I'll buy a couple bottles off u in T'nui to lighten your load home
