Does a warped rotor affect a WOF?

First time I went there, the guy tried to move it up into the testing bay and almost dropped it.

Same here, fella did the brake test on my CB, came back in and forgot the stand or something I was left holding 200kg+ by a handle bar. Not ideal when you're small/weak like myself
