    Calling all Ducati Panigale owners

There is a building number of us in the country now, and more orders will drop over the coming summer.
There 2 now in Christchurch with another on the way, 2-3 in Wellington probably that many to follow, bout 5 in Auckland with 5 to come.

What would be the level of interest in a national Panigale rally later in the summer when a few more orders have dropped and we reach a critical mass of interested parties ?
We could dream an itinery taking in many of the county's best roads, drop in on the dealers for a photo opp or promotion (perhaps there is a sponsorship interest), find some interesting places to stay and eat blah blah....

Any birds of a feather ??

Also, we have a successfully tested revalve and respring spec for the rear shock ( Ohlins electronic model ) so they will actually absorb bumps rather than jolt your kidneys. This also results in more mecahnical grip and much improved tyre life. The Italian determined spec is absolutely nuts and it results in the traction control being overactive.

Oo my that is good news - how do deal with customers in Christchurch ?
Do you need the shock there ? or can you send out a kit to a dealer or service agent here ?

We have customers from the South Island send us stuff all the time. If you just send us the shock and details of your personal stats etc we will respring and revalve accordingly. As the exclusive Ohlins distributor to NZ we are the ONLY people who have the Ohlins EC diagnostic kit and all the special tools ( plus onsite training in Stockholm, just 2 weeks ago ) ) to diagnose, service and tune these electronically assisted shocks correctly

This is a considerable investment in training costs and equipment to offer this.

Its tyre wear for our loacl conditions that concerns most. Also not having the suspension so rigid that the traction control is kicking in all the time.

What do you plan on doing when you discover that the 15 of you can't stand each other?

So fellow Panigale owners... Lets talk tire pressures. Are you staying with the manual specs of 31/32 or are you running different pressures on NZ roads?

I weight 77kg on a good day. Ive been running 32F and 33R also tried and currently using 31F and 32R. These are similar pressures I used in SA on my Blade and R1 but NZ roads are not the most tire friendly around. seems a bit low for me but those are what the manual state ()
