At the classic bike meeting at Hampton Downs I came across this old thing and the guy asked me if I knew what the engine was. He had not been able to find out.
I have discovered what it is, now I don't know how to contact the owner to give him the good news. If anyone knows who this belongs to can you put him in touch with me - by pm or if you pm me I'll give you my phone number.
