Cost effective shipping from Queenstown to Christchurch?

Forgot to mention, riding the bike back to Chch doesn't seem to an option at the moment.

Get someone else to ride it?

Oh, and get it serviced straight away. That's another $300 ;-)

I am looking for a not so pricey way to ship a motorcycle from Queenstown to Christchurch. So far I got an online quote from a company and it's $320.The bike is a GN250 which did cost under 2k...spending 300 to bring it to Chch seems a bit expensive to me. Can anyone help/advise ?

So what do you consider a fair price to get it there??.

Im possibly comin that way on 22nd but dunno if my trailor is big enough
