im for it...id like to have my name preserved from others use when i go. in honestly...i have great respect for the member here, and any death hit too close to home. it would be a good thing for newbies to be able to see before they jump on a bike with too much power and wind up the same way. dont molly coddle them....if they want to get into bikes, then chances are they have weighed up the options of life and death and are happy within themselves. people die every day...crossing the street, walking down steps and even giving birth....death stares at us every single day no matter what we do.... to fear death is to have no life.

the really happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery when on a detour.

Easy ... don't rub their faces in it ... just another part of the site you find if you're looking hard. Hell, you could even hide it if you liked

I think it's a good idea and best if it's in a discrete section but without actually being hidden. Non-postable with perhaps a brief description of the person (obit) by someone who knew them.

The one I setup before was never used so I did not convert it at the next software upgrade. I have set it up again and now it is in the pulldown on the profile pics page. They need to have a profile pic to be displayed. Once added to the fallen bikers group their account will be locked, so If family/friends want to change the profile pic, just send it to me and I will update it.

There are two other bikers in the fallen bikers group from last time I set it up, but they do not have a profile pic setup. They are korowetere & oldfart.

I will look at adding a link to the condolence thread and a brief note about the person later.

If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
