I’m a recent convert but I got it bad now. Until I saw the practicality of bikes I wasn’t interested. Whatsoever. As soon as I went for my first decent ride I was head-over-heels-hooked. Boom! It was like nirvana. Suddenly, “Oh, I get it!”

This forum does not help - possibly makes things worse - as the more you learn the more your appetite grows.

I bought another bike which has alleviated things somewhat – but I still have my eye on the pie (Street Triple)…..

Look, ya gotta believe it, there is no cure. You'll just have to dig deep and pretend that the bike you've got is something else for the time being.

I know it's tough but we're here for you and unfortunately, unlike the Harley-D situation, there is no helpline.

A Munch ... God, you gotta be kidding ... that's like having fantasies about whales .... it's a small car engine in a bike frame ...

    That's not a fantasy - that's a fetish ...

    I'm not alone!

Just got back into biking, and it's all I can think about!!!

Every night after work I’m out there cleaning her, adding parts to her, planning the next mod...
Lunchtimes I'm down at the bike shop buying bits and pieces.

I'm sure my partner and flatmates thinks it's an unhealthy obsession haha

(supposed to be working now, dam desk job)
