    Police are investigating a suspected dual arson after two scooters were set alight in Wellington overnight.

    When I was about five, the butcher's boy over the road used to ride a motorbike. It burned like that one day. He went to boot it up and it backfired through the carb and set fire to all the fuel that leaked out round the tap on the tank (British bike of course in them days).

    Fire brigade arrived but couldn't save much. Scared the fuck out of me. I was terrified of fire for the next year or so...
