Best place to service in Hamilton.

Anyone know the best place to take a bike for a service in Hamilton?

I bought a bike off Trade Me recently and it has just hit its 30,000 km mark. So I wonder where would be the best place to take it for a full service.

I think it would be more expensive, and less likely to get a good job done, if I trusted my bike in the hands of a person like me.

I'd ring around the shops and get a price together with the work they'd do.

You might find you can do the oil, filter and plugs then let the shop do timing, any bearings, pads etc.

I've always liked the work done at Hamilton Honda.

I recently had my bike serviced at Boyd's Suzuki. As an out-of towner I was very pleased with the service. They took the bike on time and completed the job on time, and the bike was returned nicely cleaned as well.

Matt at the Hamilton Motorcycle Centre is one of the best technicians I've ever come across and they're Kawasaki agents too. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. The bad news is they're currently booked out until early April. Can't get my Triple in until then.

Yeah, I use Boyds too - but then they're the 'zuki agents, innit. They've always been excellent for me.

Boyd Motorcycles do a top job at the best price in town. Otherwise Hamilton Motorcycles will do a top job.
