Last bit's I bought for my bike I ordered over the phone from Holeshot and they turned up in the post two days later.

Don't know who you deal with but I'd find another supplier if I was you.

Last bits I brought for my (Hinkley) Triumph I ordered in person and paid for them in advance. After numerous attempts to get them I did take your advice and find a new supplier. The new supplier is Harley Davidson. To this day I have never recieved any parts.

Based on my experience, I have one thing to say to any new Triumph owner, that is be very very carefull when attempting to order parts through Triumph NZ. They provided me with the worst service I have ever had from any vehicle or parts agent and all their terrible service has resulted in me changing MC brands.

Yeah I've heard you banging on about that before.

It still rings the same meter.

In my experience, any dealings i have had with AMPS over parts for my Triumph, they have never been helpful. Almost felt like they didn't really want my kind in there.
Dealing with Holeshot has been awesome, they can never do enough to help. They communicate well and keep me updated to when parts will be arriving and due to be posted out etc.
I get looked after really well.
Perhaps you should take Road Kills advice and change dealers.

Took a wee while but nothing impossible i.e. 3-4 weeks and he was pretty helpful

The very same guy rebuilt my gearbox on my racebike and he is friggin awesome.
He can get anything you want, has some great sources i believe.
I take both my bikes there for top tunes etc and haven't had an issue.
Very trustworthy, he thought he may have left a flange out of my gearbox (only cause he found a spare one on floor somewhere) but he rang me and came out to inspect it again to make sure he had things sorted. Cost bugger all too.
Recommend him to anyone and he has all the computer tech gear for tuning etc also.
