Saw something similar a while back.Jwalker walks out on road , cyclist's swerves to avoid jwalker , motorcycle with no where to go collects cyclists and jwalker , jwalker and cyclist end up going to hospital , motorcyclist gets to walk home (broken clipons , smashed fairing) . Police were going to lay charges on jwalker (london).

Happened to me too - one block from the police station and ambulance! (Very handy ).
Pedestrian crossing on a red light, so I went around her, so she steps straight into my path. She got her leg broken in two places, a week's holiday in hospital, and the bill for fixing my bike (~$3000). Luckily, my bike was neither new nor pristine, and the insurance fixed the damage from a lowside a few weeks earlier....

At least the road surface wasnt to abrasive looks like only minor scratching i came off my bike twice once on a nice smooth surface and it slid for ages doing fuck all damage then i came off in an area where it was rough as guts the bike slid for maybe 3 meters and was completely fucked up ripped it to shreds
