    Nc700x dct

Shit...you'd think it was like asking for a blowjob. Can't find anywhere in NI to get demo ride on a Honda NC700X DCT. Any dealers got one....feel free to contact moi. Unless it's shite you're almost guaranteed a sale.

No ABS...that's just @#$cking stupid. It's as if they want us to parallel import them.

Try Hamilton Honda - not sure if they have a DC model but were
very keen to offer a test on the NC standard model - seem like good Blokes,
    progressive.

(Actually didn't know there was a DC model ...)

Given that they are MRSP $US6995 and in NZ they are $12495 (but we get the model with no ABS) I think its about time someone did.

As said, no ABS even, so I doubt DCT was brought in.

Ask Botany Honda, they should be able to tell you if a, it was even brought in, or b, maybe they could get one for you...

The DCT is not brought into New Zealand at present, I know of one that was parallel imported, an Integra scooter style, I believe it was nearly $18000.00

We have demo NC700S and NC700X in stock.

    I like them

I have been looking at them... was told "Casbolts" that the DCT version may not come to NZ..
And it would be $15,000 if it dose... Pitty as a 6 speed real auto would be cool..

If it works... I would own one....

I see theres a X version of the CB500 coming our way aswell...
    Pete

90% of all Harleys built are still on the road... The other 10% made it back home...
Ducati... Makeing riders into mechaincs since 1964...

And its $1000 less with ABS standard, go figure. Same power output, but higher revving and more conventional overall, apparently.

My bike's not getting any younger, at some point I want to upgrade and I think an nc700x would suit me pretty well if I could get the money together. I'd prefer one with ABS, though, especially given the above.

Maybe once the 500s are here they'll make the DCT available to separate the two product lines a bit more.
