Have you found any hiccups with this desktop app? such as pop up ads, third party hitchikers?

Lol. Use Chrome and just install adblock.

I have NO issues with it and I get to watch F1 and MotoGP.

Install the desktop app at your own risk. I just watch it through the webpage. I hook my PC up to my telly. Works great.

    Talking SOLVED..... sort of!

Here's another idea, If you download the 'Expat Shield' app from Anchor Free it allows you to hide your IP address from such sites as BBC iPlayer and Eurosport.com so you can watch all their content without the annoying; 'not available in your country' problem cropping up.

It works fine and from what I can see they (the Beeb) will be showing the MotoGP practice and all the races this weekend!

PS You also get the added bonus of Suzie Perry presenting!

PPS it stops google etc from tracking your searches, maybe someone should tell Dotcom?!

I was just on Facebook reading the page nd it would appear that they haven't got the rights and it doesn't look likely that they will get them for the season

    from the page>

    "ATTENTION - MOTOGP FANS:

Regretfully we have not secured the rights for MotoGP.

If this changes we will let you know immediately.

Ha ha, some interesting comments on that link.

And I see if you get the one month pass this weekend you'll get Jerez and Le Mans as well.

If anyone is thinking of getting the monthly pass note it is a rolling thing and they will charge for another month at the end of it. Must have been in the small print which I agreed to without reading, as you do. Still, Sky Sport can now piss off.
