I knit (husband has a lovely jersey to prove this), I cook (leathers are a bit snug, proves that too) and I have two bikes - does this make me kewl?
Oh, and I buy said husband motorcycle accessories - helmet, bike stand (for his dirt bikes), etc. Therefore I must be a godess too...

The first retort that came to mind is un-gallant so I shall just agree.Originally Posted by Jim2
I notice that most of the younger guys are all still looking (me too, me too) after all, wasn't that part of the deal when we became bikers??
Hot chick, rides a sportsbike (or whatever you want) and looks good in leather, add the other usuals (cooking etc.)

Sorry to disappoint you, but if my story is anything to go by, you'll be waiting a long time for the perfect partner to come along! All through my teens and 20s I loved bikes and would happily have been someone's pillion passenger. Men were pretty thin on the ground then as well as today!Originally Posted by Gremlin
I met my husband when I was 37 - about 10 years after I had all but given up hope of finding a decent bloke! We clicked straight away, were both into bikes (I was riding by then) and now we're living happily ever after. Maybe you'll do better than me because you're into bikes at a younger age - but then my husband has been riding since he was in his 20s and he hadn't had much luck finding the right woman - until I came along!
The weird thing is, most of the single people I know are normal, attractive, sociable people who are also intelligent and good company. Don't know what the answer is - my friends never came up with any potential mates, I ended up meeting my man at a WIMA rally!
