Id be inclined to increase the security at home, not just the bike itself, these cunts probably work in groups and won't like their mates getting caught.
Not much more we can do unfortunately. There's got to be a point where you stop and think there's no point living in fear. If they want to get in, they will and an alarm, afew extra locks or changing a cell phone number isn't going to stop them. This has definately made us more aware of what these pheads are looking for though.
Police don't reckon there's much of a chance they will seek retribution - none of the guys we dealt with has a history of violence but I guess you never know for sure.

Thanks for the post, I dont know what the answer to stopping this sort of thing, maybe take a photo of everyone that takes your bike for a ride? Seems a bit over the top. Will be make me very cautious in future sales
This has happened with dogs as well. A Hamilton gang has done the rounds of the supermarket car parks, spot someones pet in the car, followed them home, then stole the dog.
In one case, the elderly lady got a letter saying $2000, or the dog would be butchered.
The mongrels knew that an elderly widow would be to frightened to do anything to challenge them.
In this case the bastards got away with it. The lady remains absolutly terrified of them coming for her pet again.
