Internal ceramic bar heaters for 1 1/8" fat bars

Ceramic bar heaters are my preferred option however trying to find a ceramic bar heater to fit the smaller 14mm internal diameter of the 1 1/8” fat bars came to a dead end. After hours and hours of searching the net and phoning multiple bike shops I could not find a single product/supplier so I had to get into modifying mode…

I'm betting they won't fit with internal vibranators attached to the end of my handguard expanding clamps already inside my bars unless I only want to heat the middle of my bars instead of the grip area ??

Giday Kenny, long time no see mate. I prefer them because they don't increase the outside diameter of the grips, you can use still use any/your favourite grips, they are fairly easy to install and they are reliable.

Holes need to be drilled in the bars to feed the wires but in-between the bar clamps in a less-stressed section of the bar.

Yip, pretty much. Most handguards with expanding clamps are fine, but basically a no-go with vibranators
