Couldn't see it. No Harley has a small enough turning circle to do a U turn and come back down the street do they?

Yep! I don't agree that any vehicle should be artificially restricted from the factory. What's the point of making a bike or car that can do over 300km/h then putting a speed limiter on it..?

Seen plenty of harleys do key hole turns quite happily, not to many hyper sports.

Actually ... MANY are. Aside from emission control systems required in some places ... the engine control systems are usually restricted somewhat to ensure (attempt) longevity of the engine.
And to some degree ... a modicum of public responsibility.

Many motorcycle manufacturers may even sell the "Race" upgraded equipment. And some businesses make their own version of the upgrades ...

Yeah, I'm only referring to speed limiters. Most of the bigger cars will do 270+ but are restricted to a mutually agreed upon 250 for political reasons.

I've seen some Harleys turn quicker than my FJ ...

It's more to do with the bike models (wheelbase) ... rather than bike manufacturers as a whole ...

Rev/speed limiters are commonplace on motorcycles. Often required by law in the country of manufacture. Youtube features plenty of "How to remove" such from most models ... some methods even work.

Most motorcycles are restricted at the time of manufacture ... to ensure engine efficiency and economy. Only the warranty periods ensure the vehicles are left standard.

    NO Harley????

You can't have seen enough of them as Sportsters in particular can easily be turned around in a very narrow street.
