Courtney Duncan - news?

Is Courtney racing this weekend? Saw on a overseas forum someone claimed shes out injured?

Anyone able to confirm or dispel this? Cant see any news as such on her Facebook page.

Racer X has confirmed that Rock River Yamaha's Courtney Duncan, who in her pro debut won both motos at the Red Bull Hangtown Motocross Classic by large margins on a YZ125 two-stroke, will miss the second round of the WMX Triple Crown this weekend at the GEICO High Point National with a broken wrist. Duncan had a plate put in her wrist and her status for the final WMX round at Southwick is currently unknown. We'll keep you updated on this situation as more information becomes available.

That is the suckiest news!

I have no idea, but I'd suspect that with a plate in her wrist then the next round 29th of June may be at risk too. When is Lorettas?

shes back in the states preparing for Loretta Lynns, the US Amatuer champs, starts July 29

So the broken bits are good again!

She will have quite a lot of pain and work to get her fitness back I spose. Hope is going well as it starts this weekend.

she has been back on the bike for about a month, and was 50/50 to do the last round of the WMA series but decided not to, i think she will be 100% ready, I am not sure if she is doing another class but she will be the favourite for the womans 16 plus title,

Practice is on at the moment.

also Wellingtons Josh Bartosh is also racing, he holeshot his first moto but then DNF's, not sure what happened,
