I've never done it - ever, sometimes thought about it but would i do it, perhaps in extreme circumstances like violence, drunk riding. I'm not even sure where i'd draw the line. But then I'm soppy old school.

EDIT: Posted twice.
It's dependant. If they're going for a spirited ride and not being a dick about it, then I have no problem.
If they are riding like a complete tool/ drunk then I would. I couldn't imagine what would be on my conscience if they maimed/ killed somebody in the process. Couldn't care less about them though, it would be one less idiot in the gene pool.
Never bothered to dob anyone in. Natural selection will take care of it sooner or later.
When you are out with the family in the car for a drive and some stupid cock comes around a blind corner on your side of the road passing a car.
Same cock probably goes home, jumps on KB and makes a post complaining about 'cages' being in his way ..........
Yeah, and I could also die if I slipped, fell and landed on my neck wrong when climbing off the deck on a wet day.
I'm afraid it isn't practical to stop, turn around, chase the guy and get his plate then report him.
Driving/riding on the road entails some risks. This is just one of them.
While I fully agree with you here, I also recognise that if someone is doing something likely to get others hurt or killed, ie driving or riding in retarded way, then I have to say I'd draw the line. Have no problem with people going faster than me, but if in getting ahead means I or someone else has to evasive action to prevent an accident, I'm not so pleased. (and I do try to let people past when I need to)
Had one guy try to run me off the road one when I was 16, I'd hope that I'd help out in some way if I saw that happen to someone else
They'd probably have to piss me right off, on the wrong day. Dobbing not something I'm into. Maybe if they had a kid on the back with no helmet and were doing stunts?
I see cockish car, van & truck driving almost every day and don't dob, so why would I dob a biker? Besides the ethiopian call centre monkeys on the end of *555 probably have no clue where I'd be calling from anyway.
Keep on chooglin'
I think they're actually based in Auckland - K RD or New North Rd somewhere. They do tend to want open road descriptions in terms of State Highway numbers and that's confusing when you know the road name but not it's SH number.
I used *555 once when a young guy just pulled his car over into my space and I had to peel off into the oncoming lane. He never looked and I just saw his hands start to turn the steeering wheel so took avoiding action. *555 gave me a contact at the local police, they rang me back later and said the driver - or more accurately the car - had 3 complaints against it so they would be targeting it for a while.
I'd dob a motorcyclist if they were endangering someone else - the kid on the back with no helmet scenario. It's all very well saying they'll remove their genes from the gene pool, but a motorcyclist through the front window of a car would make a hell of a mess and could kill or maim some innocent party.
If they put other people's lives at risk or do something really noobie stupid.
I did do it once to a guy on a scooter. Can't remember exactly what he did but I think he was behind a guy turning right in a car at a T intersection. As the car pulled away to the right, scooter boy accelerated up the left hand side of the car and passed him also turning right into the same single lane road.
Grow older but never grow up
What would it take for me to dob a biker in? bout the same as it'd take to dob a cage in.
They'd have to be doing something towards life endangering. If it's just something wankerishly annoying like hanging out in the right lane &/or holding up traffic & they piss me off enough, I'll have a warning/reminder notice posted to them.

Personally I call *555 whenever I see anybody potentially breaking the speed limit on both popular routes and inner city streets. Better safe than sorry. It's the only way some people will learn, and hopefully encourages slightly harsher treatment if (when) they do get pulled over.
