    cb1100r

I just got a tidy number for my one and it was the first 1100r to win a race in NZ but I had to spend a lot of time and money on it, The thing I found is that those that want one had one and they have a very limited market. There are a few for sale in NZ at the moment some people are asking too much for mint bikes that have had all the right things done to them and other want too much for bikes that still need a lot spending on them, The Vince Sharp one has 2 major issues that without spending a lot of time and money on won't be found out till after purchasing it, there are about 4 maybe 5 available in NZ for sale at the moment, if you know where to look.

Sorry I just found this old post,I've owned one of these it was an ex race bike when it came time to sell it I got 15k aussie nobody in NZ really wanted it a lot of dreamers ,Now I miss it every day it did have original pipes and no damage but had not been restored. This bike in the picture sold for 8k last year I know what sort of condition it was in and somebody paid a little to much for it.

I'm a third of the way there.
3 great bikes right there. Maybe include an RZ or RG500...

You don't pay too much for good/true classic bikes....you just bought it a bit too soon

The Big One - nice! My boss brought one back from Japan in the 90's. Only 5000-odd km on the clock, full yoshi system, braided lines etc for 7 grand. Great looking bike with equally great performance.
