Erzberg/Hare Scramble being streamed live by Red

Red Bull are showing the Erzberg/Hare Scramble Live via streaming again this year June 2nd. Watched it last year and it was awesome - made even better by having Chris Birch commentating (assuming he's probably racing this year).

He was riding at the AATV Maize paddock scramble on Sunday, He lapped me.
So hopefully he has time to get over there and ride.

As I understand it he's competing in Romaniacs, Sea to Sky and Roof of Africa along with X-Games Enduro Cross. No mention of Erzberg sadly although it was awesome to have his commentary last year.

I, er, um, managed to download the live stream last year. Watched it the following night. If, like me, your in bed with your hot chocolate & a copy of Terrier Fanciers monthly at 10pm sharp....

Oh, you do need an abundance of GB's.

    Prologue postponed due to fog.
There's 6-8cm of snow on the ground in the town too...

Everyone will get only one go at qualifying...

800 riders have run already, with 700 still to go...

I think more of the big names should have a go.
    The top MX/xcountry/freestyle/rallyists/trialsists...

I want to see Cyril Despres racing against James Stewart, Axeman, Nick Franklin etc...

Dougie Lampkin is on a Gasser 250. Not many top guys on anything other than 300's.

Although one of the top chicks is on a 125...

He asked how close they have to go to the check points, but didn't really get an answer so is going to be very careful...
