Riding over 250cc bikes on learners/restricted: penalty?

Yes, yes, I realise there are insurance issues ect.

But tell me this. I know many of you out there would have had this before:
What were you fined by the pigs when you were pulled up riding your 400/600/1400cc bike on your learners/restricted?

I have heard of one case in which the guy had NO bike licence, only full car, and he was fined $400 (breach of licence fine, same as breaking just one restriction of your learners car/ bike licence.)

No lectures please just experiences of run ins with the law...

Well the only thing that scared me away from buying a beautiful ZXR400 on my learners was not being able to insure it.

Speeding ticket or penalties are cheap thrills and if you stick to back country roads you should be sweet anyway.

But hitting a beemer/new holden/mercedes and paying thousands for repairs, or having your bike stolen, etc...... not worth it....... unless you are rich.

$400 a pop until the 3rd time they nail you.. then they take your bike for 28 days . after that its permanent loss of the bike..

Yea I have thought about this a few times. If I could insure a bigger bike on my licence I would. But I can barely afford a bike let alone repair bills for sum rich snobs car.

Do you mean to tell us you have built your own bike?
What's it look like? Your own frame?

Pah! I can't even buy it. Or anything.

Poorness represent. And by the way, bad effort at trolling.

ANY DUMB ARSE can buy a bike!!!!! But it takes BRAINS and SKILLS to build any bike BIG or small. Obviously YOU have neither

All you hard core bikers should check out this website before you judge.
