What’s with the Don’t Drink And Drive add that shows him getting in the car after the rest of the known universe has asked him not to?
Are they giving up? Is this admission that the ads aren’t working?
Maybe I'm stupider than the lowest common denominator TV is aiming at but it's over my head!
We all have our little obsessions...

Must admit I'm giving up on worrying about speeding now! Go as fast as I feel the situation warrants/feels right, and if the authorities take objection - stiff shit! Im not spending my time on the roads, stressing about fucking cops, when I should be concentrating on traffic, conditions and other hazards. Cops just come under the other hazards category
Just call it a reaction to fuck witted, overbearing, overcontrolling stupid fucking beauracrats!

I know, pisses me off a beauty, Motuiti Road is pretty cool! *knows someone who saw 300 on the speedo of a Blackbird along there* - definitely not me, wouldn't be able to touch the ground on one!

We were hoping we wouldn't see a cop when coming back from Himatangi with about 600kg of firewood loaded onto the bike trailer on Saturday!
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

    They're all mini fans!?

Dunno, but it might be the false impression that small cars/bikes SEEM to be going faster than they really are.

Maybe it's to fuel your paranoia

I very rarely keep within legal speed limit, while on my bike, on one particular set of corners. A nice set of left right left sweepers close to my home. Excellent visibility, long open corners that cry, "ride me like you paid for me tiger", with a female French accent. 130KPH + of motormacycle heaven. Unless there's traffic.

There's a local mufty cop who has set my radar detector off a number of times, on all occassions with plenty of warning, same guy. He waved at me once.

    Gay?

SC - Could you please tell us what the ticketing policy is for gay mufty cops? I mean, can they ticket me if I'm straight?

The policy is that you can get a warning if you REALLY want to.

Thing is, you don't NEED to decipher the data stream. Just to know that someone nearby is sending data on that frequency. It's sufficient for me to know there's a cop within a kilometre or so. I don't need to know what he's doing or saying.

If they are as rumoured getting GPS and stuff in the cars then it may open possibilites. GPS must transmit regularly, I think.
Was talking to a guy (won't say who he works for but there is a stadium named after them) whose account is ..police comms. They are working on the 3g mobile stuff right now. He is setting up a system where the cars will be constantly in touch via the cellular network. Need to ask more details.
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
those cheap ass bitches can do anything with ductape.

Hmmph! since you made reference to SC in this dity (doggrel more likely) I'll take it you're not 'getting' at me!!

And C.B. thinks my moustache is pretty macho so there!!

    BTW How's YOUR mo growing???

(had thoughts of doing a 'rebound' dity - "Biff's the baby" based on another Village People song but thought it too immature!!)

Ok you win - I grow 'tufts', so I'd never pass the entry exam to become a cop.
