    Best one I ever did was "body for life challenge" it works due to the fact it looks at the whole thing, food/exercise/life style.

    You can't do one without the other.

    Clearly not, because she didn't have the app when she started the thread, so therefore couldn't be reasonably expected to know that chicken frying and subsequent eating might lead to lardish arseness.

    Myfitness pal is another good one you might try. There are good ones for the blood type diet, the paleo diet, FODMAP and weight watchers too. Temple run could be considered inspirational.

    Better stop there before we end up with an angry bird.

    Just been for a 3 day hike, thats my fitness sorted for the next couple of weeks.
